Excellent job

We recently went to fix a part of my car, the air bags, because of letter notifying me that my car was amongst the models with defective air bags. Everything went well until I realized that something was wrong with my windshield wipers. I was trying to spray the liquid to clean them and nothing was coming out which i found weird since it was working before I had left my house since I had to clean my window to clear all the water that was on it. When I took my car to get its oil change, i was told that the tube that transfer the windshield wiper fluid was damaged. I did not expect to receive that information since I have much faith in honda and their workers to repair my car and make sure everything is safe to operate. Although it is not a major part that was damaged, it makes one more problem to fix. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this has happened to me with my car. Previously, I went as well to get a part replaced because it was defective and after the appointment, my radio was not workung. The wire that connects the radio to the steering wheel so that you can operate the radio while I'm driving was damaged as well and no longer played any of my radio stations. This is the main reason why my visit was unsatisfactory.

Danny is always very pleasant to work with. He is able to recall the last service appointment and makes the process run smoothly. He also let me know there is a kids area so the kids I had with me were able to be comfortable during our wait! In addition once my car was ready and had been called he followed up with service when my car had not showed up after about 5 minutes. Danny is an amazing customer service representative overall and makes the dealership pleasant :)
