I’m highly disappointed. Afterwards, I went online and found Honda
TSB 16-002 which clearly identifies the root problem.
Had I followed Adam’s recommendation, I’d be out several hundred dollars
With the root cause still there, preparing us for another failure from a known, intrinsic design flaw.
Rather than burn you guys on social media, I would like to talk to the service manager to see what might be done to fairly fix this.
