The service advisor was friendly; however, the technician failed to properly secure the skid plate they removed to access the transmission drain plug either by failing to install the screws back in, or simply sloppy Jiffy Lube type of workmanship. Either way, the skid plate fell minutes later as I entered the freeway causing it to drag and bend. I had to return and asked them to fix the problem. The plate was bent Bach and affixed, but it should have been replaced.

We are unhappy that we bought a Honda Pilot that came with a comprehensive bumper to bumper warranty. When we brought the car because a light popped up saying collision mitagation system warning, we are told that the warrantee doesn’t cover fixing that problem. We were charged for the diagnostics and repair even though we have a warranted. Spreen Honda sold us the warrante This is the third time we have to bring our car because of this warning. We are concerned there is a problem with our car and we want to talk to someone in Spreen Honda because they may have sold us a lemon. Besides the diagnostics for a computer error is way overpriced . This should not cost a customer similar prized to mechanical diagnoses . Isn’t there a different prize you could charge people for that? It is not the same if I bring you a car and tell you something is leaking than if I bring you an error in the computer system I am very dissatisfied yo see Spreen Honda taking advantage of customers. ****-****-xxxx
