Tony the service writer was very nice and professional but he tried to get me to pay for something that was a warranty item. He told me I was supposed to change the transmission fluid at 30,000 miles, it’s actually 90,000 miles, 30,000 miles if you operate the vehicle in extreme conditions. I have 44,000 miles on my Odyssey. The warranty item that we disagreed abuout was changing the transmission fluid and updating software. We got into a disagreement about what are “severe conditions”. Other than that the experience was good.

Guy at desk quoted me 49 for my service and he mentioned to say 499.99 I ended paying over 500 dollars for an 30 point 30,000 mile service when I just went in for an oil change. Manager no where to be found. Called sent email. Will not be going back for service or a new vehicle. This how you lose business over a sneaky sales man that has the nerve to laugh at the hole situation like money is nothing to the consumer.

I shakil Munir took the car this morning and had to wait for a long for service advisor to come.The service advisor for friendly smiling little and took me inside sign the paper work,after 15 to 20 minutes later my car was in the same place where I stop
On asking service staff why nobody moved my car to work on it then in 5 minutes one staff came and took for repair
I waited extra 30 to 40 minutes
I was really upset about all this
