I bought my Honda Civic at Spreen Honda 4 years ago. All maintenance has been done by you. When I purchased my car I was given four vouchers for free oil changes once the warranty for free oil changes ran out. When I presented it today it was declined, saying that they weren’t honoring these any longer. When I asked the service specialist why he said that the finance department just gave out too many of those, and they were being traded back-and-forth so they stopped using them.. I was sorry to hear that people are abusing them, however, I have not. And I still think I should qualify for the four additional oil changes for free.
