After a recommendation from family, I came her for an oil change today.
Greeted by friendly staff, I think Melina, who spoke and maintained eye contact.
First thing I noticed was all employees wore masks.
Every steering wheel was covered for servicing.
Seats were well spaced outside.
I brought in my car a little after 7am, with a line of cars ahead of me.
I thought this is going to be a long morning.
Within 40 minutes I received a text and a personal call for pick up.
Very pleasant morning, good customer service, and received a sticker for the next oil change, clearly visible. Great experience!
