Brought my son’s Honda Accord Monday to replace a stolen catalytic converter. My insurance authorized the repair the same day. Johny said it might take 1-2 days since they will order the parts.. By Wednesday....I have not heard from them.. I called Thursday and left message.. No response! My insurance called also with No response also. My insurance agent told me that they have sent the check already to Honda for $2600+ or the repair.. I called back Friday morning and spoke to Johny asked him the situation. He said that the “car is on the lift and working on it”. I asked him, why he did not return call or informed me of the situation. I told him that am pulling my car out.. He then said he was sick and that that they were working on a different car. In the meantime, i have to take my son back and forth to his job the whole week inconveniently since he has no car! I took my car out Friday around noon and took it to Midas. 2-3 hours later the car was running like new! Spoke to the service mngr Sebastian i believed.. Never apologized and completely brushed me off and said, “normally it takes longer with insurance”... keep in mind i told him that insurance authorized the repair 5 days ago! I told him it could take 5 days or one month but what i needed was to keep me inform. Terrible service!!!

No wash? All of my tire valve caps are missing. Really? If you can’t be trusted to put the caps back on, did you really do the multi-inspection? I should trust that you did, when you cannot even complete a simple tire pressure inspection by putting my caps back on? It’s simple, but it’s all important isn’t it?
