Although service parts installed and rochelle our person that got us set up she was so awesome and really knew her stuff! One complaint that maybe is something discontinued but a real service problem that i will be telling everyone about is the fact that my car was not washed when i got it back!!! Last thing i want is some grimy mechanics touching my car with covid. So right after i washed my truck. Honda....you owe me 20 dollars!!!! All that great service and spent 300 dollars and i cant even get a free carwash. Really bad honda....bad!

I had representative Sebastian today, he was very nice and helpful. And as far as timeline, we were able to he done with everything in less than an hour. He answered all of my questions, I was worried about a few things, and he was able to answer accordingly, and that was greatly appreciate it. Well definitely recommend spraying Honda service to friends and family, they have the best customer service.
