Took a long time. I would have liked to have gotten a loaner car sooner and my son in law let me use one of his company trucks to tow our boat so I’m over it I am satisfied so far seems to shift properly. Thanks

Having your car stop working on your way to work is already a high stress situation. I feel so fortunate to have ended up at this dealership for service on my car. Erika was helpful and understanding during the entire process. I had to return twice due to an alternate shop clearing the codes on my car, and surprisingly, Erik remembered me! Erika has impeccable customer service skills & I truly appreciated her assistance in my time of need. I have to add that all of the staff that I encountered were friendly and not pushy about anything. My husband was even more impressed that a sales man talked to him about a car while he waited for paperwork to be complete for our service.
