Although Ian was busy his service teammates helped keep me informed. Also I would like to put a personal commendation for Luis Hernandez who picked me up and brought me to the dealership. He was a great driver and made me feel like part of the Chevy family. At first I almost chose a different dealership because of the hardship being dropped off far from my house at 7 months pregnant. I like that I can rest easy knowing your employees will take care of me here.

Ricardo was great! However I went in for a reacurring issue and came out with a new issue. Not sure what the technicians are doing to the vehicle that are causing other areas of the car to malfunction. They never offered a rental car since this is the 3rd time I’ve gone in for service in 1 week.
