I was not told how long the repair was going to take when I drop my truck until I went back to the Dealership to pick up my truck four hours later I was told that they had not even started working on my truck. Disappointed that the AC condenser has failed in my 2017 Silverado and it’s not covered under the warranty.
Service tech explained everything to me. I’ll take my complaint to Chevy. It appears the AC condensers are failing in 2014 to 2017 V8 motors. Quite a few articles online.

He left early for the day. He didn’t update me on my car. He did not update any one about what was going on with my car. He did not document anything and so I had to leave my car there for another day and pay for a rental for another day for no reason. They didn’t fix the issue my car had. They couldn’t figure out what was causing the problem but they charged me $100 for “diagnostics”. This place has horrible service. It doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing.
