Bobby and the rest of the Spreen Acura team provided great service. They were quick, professional and communicated throughout my time waiting for my car.
Having said that, I am completely dissatisfied with my car in terms of the squeaking brakes I’ve endured since purchase of the vehicle. Each time I bring it in to be fixed, they clean out the brakes and the car is good for a few weeks before it starts squeaking again. This seems totally unacceptable to me. I just spoke to another 2019 Acura RDX owner who said he has the same problem. Even less expensive cars do not have this issue. I don’t understand why this cannot be resolved. It has really changed my view of Acuras. What can be done???
