Kevin lied about a brake service regarding my Acura MDX. He stated false information about my brakes. After exposing him he had to admit lying to me over the phone. Sorry to be so direct but I'm getting right to the point. Extremely disappointed with this dealership. These are not just empty words, I have the tangible proof of this incident. Not coming back to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone. I understand we all need to make ends meat but not through deceiving trustworthy customers.

It took way too long. I was told it would be about 90 minutes but it took over 3 hours. When I finally asked someone where my car was they found that it was ready. They said it had just come out of the wash. If it was washed, it’s the worst wash I’ve ever seen.
