Awesome experience. Knowledgeabale, helpful... I never felt like I had been forgotten while waiting. Even as I sat in the waiting room, I got to see several other staff members tending to customers. All great. Now, if Management can get the sales people to the same level as the service department, I may lease another one.

The service writer was ok, but I didn't think I would have gotten to the dealership at 7:30 In the morning and there's no loana car,when the wait was going to be over two hours. If I have a choice of going back again would I go back to spreen riverside no I wouldn't. Reasons being I had to take my car back the next day and there was still no car to loan that mean there's none that's what I got from that. Thanks!
