Bobby was great! I wish he was in on Wednesday so I could talk to him when I call back or when you call me.
However, the AC only worked for about 15 minutes then quit again. I am dealing with an over due pregnant wife, you being my closest Acura dealer (36 miles), and some really hot days. I can't be juggling cars, but I need Spreen to actually figure out what is wrong. I know that the problem identified was addressed, but that wasn't the whole problem. So what are the next steps? I'm really hoping to make Spreen my trusted mechanic.
