I used to be notified ahead of time regarding updates on the job being done. I had to call in the afternoon to ask if I can already pick up my car only to find out it’s not ready yet. The work was delayed for 2 days. I had to do this two consecutive days. Would be nice if the customer don’t have to call only to find out it is delayed. Otherwise, Phil was courteous and easy to talk to.

I initially spoke with Bobby when I arrived. Bobby is very through! Picking up from Phillip. I asked Phillip a question and he answered like my car was a 6 speed. When I questioned him I didn’t get a response. So I just dropped it. My car has 9 speed. I need to call and reask question.
