I made an appointment for my maintenance service well in advanced and I also requested a loan vehicle knowing that it would take the day. When I arrived on the scheduled day, I was informed that there were no loan vehicles available which I should have been aware prior to the appointment. I requested to have oil change on later date as the car was not due yet for an oil change but the oil change was completed anyway. I was informed my car would be ready Monday and I did not receive a call until Thursday afternoon. I would have liked an update on my car and a tentative date as to when it would be ready. Other than that, everything else was well.
