No prob, glad to give my feedback especially to a company that has great customer service. I showed up at my appointment time and was promptly assisted and waited in the nicely kept waiting area. My service was done promptly and i was also given a full explanation of my service and future service that will be coming up. Matthew’s service was excellent and helpful, my dissatisfaction is not with him. It’s the fact a 5 year old Acura, which is supposed to have excellent quality, has a bad catalytic converter and it’s out of warranty. Matthew suggested I contact warranty customer service to see if they could help with the out of warranty issue, but they referred me back to you guys. I called Matthew and he’ll be speaking with his manager, which I appreciate.
