Mathew was very pleasant.. thank you Acura... one issue I had tho was the fact I brought the car in a few times to diagnose the problem.. it took me actually breaking down on the freeway, on my way to work and towing the car in before a proper diagnosis was made.. I also waited 6 hours before getting a loaner car, Mathew was about to put me in a rental car just then the loaner vehicle showed up. I was satisfied as to the outcome of my car being fixed but it was a little rocky in between
