It was a great experience as we were able to be picked up by friends and after that we were dropped off at Serra Honda. Since the vehicle was not completed at that time a shuttle was provided to take us to the Mall so we could walk and also do some shopping.

Basically, very satisfied but confused by the listed total on one page which says: Job #1 Total Labor and Parts $417.07; and then the total with tax jumps up to $444.85 with "shop supplies". I'm curious: What shop supplies cost $19.32? A few rags? That being said, I was treated very well- I think it was Randy.

Brake lubricant found on surface of rear brake rotors. Brake fluid level filled to minium mark on reservoir. Slight spongy feel, may be due to lubricant on rear rotors. Not impressed considering the cost for service...
