Shawna was extremely helpful. We came in for an oil change and she helped us tremendously. After the oil change was complete she brought to our attention that we needed the differential and transmission oil changed. My husband had a few questions and she tried to answer them and also went to get one of the mechanics to confirm. She was exceptional and we were able to have the other work done while we were there so we would not have to make another trip from Newaygo.

Disappointed in the full inspection I had! I paid 1900 to repair what was told that needed to be repaired I noticed it was smoking so I took it back and was told my engine was bad and radiator mind you they have been under the hood several times and under the car why wasn’t this noticed! This is just ridiculous Shawna was an awesome service person and showed sympathy for the problem but as for management I feel like nothin was properly handled!
