Randy did a great job keeping me informed and up selling the 95K maintenance work, clearly explained everything without making me feel pressured. At check out I asked if they remembered to replace the right rear taillights ( I mentioned it when I made the appointment) & Randy checked right away and made sure that it was done, he even pulled my car to the front, keeping it warm for me. Oil chnage took longer than usual and when completed Service advisor didn't give me honda multi point inspection paper I had to ask for it. Then advisor didn't go over the inspection with me and cover that my car has may have a leak or that my shock/struts or a part of my suspension may have an issue as indicated on the inspection THAT THE ADVISOR DIDNT GO OVER AND FORGOT TO GIVE ME.

Kelly from the parts desk was also a breath of fresh air. Was not able to get a hold of Fox Honda for several attempts, and Kelly answered immediately. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with getting my key replaced, and was able to give me instructions to start the car temporarily without a tow! (Fox thought this wasn’t possible) She also suggested we print just one key until we were certain that the lock core had not been changed. Extremely impressed.
Top notch staff guys, keep it up! :) In a world where good help is hard to find, everyone I sought help from at your location was stellar!
