I felt it was dishonest. My expectation was that the seatbelt was being replaced today only to find out that there was no part in house. That should've been communicated at drop off as I would've just left. They only did diagnostic that the seatbelt was broken. Totally unnecessary as I already knew that from my mechanic. Overall not pleased but was content knowing the fee was waived because of the service.

Dwain probably thinks I'm really dumb, he brought me a filter to show me in the waiting room, I could have sworn he said it was the Cabin Air Filter, I asked where it's located to which he said "Under the hood in a box." I told him it could wait until next time, I didn't realize until I got home that it was the engine air filter he brought out, oops!
