The only thing wry was the good was not latched. We had to pull over on the highway and latch the hood. This was not the service writers fault. However, the mechanics should be more careful. This could had ended very badly.

Cale was great! Our CRV broke down unexpectedly in Grand Rapids. I was unsure who to call since we live in Kalamazoo. I called Serra Honda and Cale was SO helpful. He was able to look at our car within 24 hours. Although the diagnosis was not ideal, Cale gave us all our options and was very easy to communicate with. So I drive my car into the garage, go into the customer lounge to enjoy a cup of coffee and 20-25 minutes later get a text saying that my car is ready to go. I thought that it had to be a mistake and asked Dwain about it. He said “ no mistake. It’s ready to go”! I was shocked until I looked over and saw what looked like an Indy 500 crew putting the finishing touches on my oil change. Several techs working on the car. Dwain offered to get in the car with me and he showed me how to operate the iPhone charging pad, which I have never been able to make work! Thanks to the entire crew!
