Let’s see, I bought a car last month. Right after getting into an accident. Drove it for less than 1,000 miles before the check engine light came on. I bring it in to be serviced, I was told by Cale it was still under manufacturer warranty so they hand to send it out for the work to be done. it was the turbo charger according to the scan and the dealership. I wait two weeks before I get a phone call from anyone notifying me about my car. Just to get a phone call by someone unfamiliar with the situation, to make me feel belittled and like an idiot. But also to find out that someone in between the time it went from Serra to Todd Wenzel, cleared the engine code from the system. “But no one was going to point any fingers”. So Todd Wenzel drove it around for two weeks. Less than 100 miles to test it. Just to tell me they won’t do the work even though the light went on and I have the paperwork showing such. So now I’m sitting and driving a car that I’m waiting to break down even though I just bought it and no one will fix it. This entire car buying experience has been a nightmare and I will never recommend Serra to anyone.

I arrived with a tire pressure light and left with a tire pressure light. Maybe a coincidence it fired off again in the brief period after it was parked outside, but I even mentioned that when I checked in and was assured they’d top off the tires.
