There were other things scheduled for my appointment this morning, but my vehicle was serviced by the quick lube department and those other things were omitted because they are not part of the quick lubes area of expertise. When I scheduled this oil change, I was asked if there was anything else I'd like checked out and I mentioned a couple other things and was under the impression that they would be addressed today. I really think that this was simply a misunderstanding, as I was greeted by an employee different from who I made the appointment with and my car got routed through service differently. It's really not that big of a deal, as I will be returning again as soon as a part arrives for a separate repair, so I will have everything checked out then.
