When I first called about my heater don't heat up at idle she said that was normal,then I asked her if my air conditioner may be faulty also the answer was yes. That made a negative feeling and escalate the issues.I believe the service manager Jessie shouldn't tell his costumer to rev my motor up to get heat(it doesn't work tried) In all I hope my CRV. keeps running. Hopefully my next visit will be better and we can start over. I like my first Honda, I'm just nervous about the reliability of it.
