Problems not fixed. Asked for video then he refused it. We also put seatbelt issue and sensor issue on drop off sheet they were never looked at. We are trying to understand him and his explanations but feel they are generic comments felt like he was condescending and patronizing. I inquired about the cvt issue with our mechanic for our other cars and he said it should not sound like redlining. Cale blew it off as he is not a Honda mechanic.
