I brought my 2007 CRV to my appointment for a Honda recall. I dropped off the car, was driven home, was called later to tell me that the car was finished, and picked it up after hours, after arranging to have the key locked in the car and bringing my spare key. The service work was superb and the open, friendly, and competent interactions were a breath of fresh air. Excellent team, excellent service, and a confirmation of my decision to have all my repairs and purchases through Serra. Thank you.
