The only reason I selected "no" rather than "yes" was due to an issue with the courtesy van. Cam was excellent. He greeted me as I pulled in, took care of everything necessary at his station and when I said I would need the courtesy van for a ride home he called the driver and let me know it would be about a half hour. I could wait in the waiting lounge, which I did. After an hour I went back out to his desk and he put in another call - driver said he had been there but no one was waiting! No one came to the lounge to ask if anyone was waiting for a ride and sitting with my back to the windows I didn't realize I was to be watching for him. It has always been my experience that someone stops in the waiting area to see if anyone is waiting for the shuttle. Cam wasted no time in securing a set of keys, bringing a vehicle into the service bay and having Theresa give me a ride home. Problem solved. The van driver did pick me up at my home within 15 minutes after Cam called to say my car was ready later that afternoon. Otherwise, a definite "yes" in satisfaction for Cam, Theresa, and the unseen service tech(s) who worked on my car:)

Why I needed to put $300 into a transmission service only because Honda made a poorly designed transmission?
Also was told he didn’t have to push the tires because they were ok for a while.
I don’t need or want to be pushed by anyone when having my car serviced.

Dwain is always great to work for! Thanks for great service Dwain. One thing I would mention is that there were purple and green plastic pieces left throughout the car and dirt marks on the passenger side arm rest. Nothing I couldn’t take care of but it was left messy nonetheless.
