We are so happy with the service at Serra and really appreciate working with Cam. We have been Honda customers for more than 40 years and had been faithful to another dealership until recently. Their service in the last few years has been awful and we finally switched to Serra and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!

Yes, I’m satisfied, but had to get clarification from another employee at Serra Honda (Drew) about why my vehicle couldn’t get the parts fixed for the recall. He explained better that the parts for the recall are out of stock and Honda is waiting on the parts to be made and shipped again. Unfortunately, when I call two ago, Timothy told me that Honda “stopped ordering parts,” and didn’t clarify, in which I took as they weren’t doing the recall. Overall everyone was nice, they just may need to be trained on how to explain to customers better about issues concerning recalls.
