The only reason I came back to Serra for service was Cam. I trust him and have worked with him for a really long time. He is the best service advisor we have had.... ever! We bought our van at your dealership and it was terrible experience. Will come for service with Cam but you lost a sales customer due to way your team refused to.address immediate problems with van and dye to finance manager unethical behavior.
