The tire rotation I requested was not performed because the technician could not find the bolt key for my rims. This was inside my car where I always keep it, had I received a call asking about its location I would have been able to tell someone. But I received no call and no notice before I arrived at the dealership that this was incomplete. I also requested shuttle service, in which Timothy told me would be hard to arrange, I did not hear anything back from anyone on this until the shuttle driver called me from my driveway. I appreciate the ride, but it was in the middle of my work day and I wasn’t able to plan accordingly.
