No need to contact me. I believe someone on the team was trying to sell me a new battery with a faulty test. I left your facility and had the battery tested in 2 other places, including AAA where it passed with flying colors.
When I asked my advisor what “flooded”meant my advisor told me it meant my battery was weak or something was drawing too much power from the battery, but a quick google search told me that it is the type of battery I have.
