I normally use Fox Honda because it’s closer to me. And I like the team who does the oil changes. I just didn’t trust them to do the work I needed, but am not sure why. I’ve always had the, for instance, A1b or whatever code pop up yet they don’t do that. And then they charge a fee just for their mechanics to find what’s wrong, yet won’t apply that to the bill if I do the repairs. I truly appreciate Serra Honda, Conner, the wonderful woman who completed my paperwork and the manager who returned my keys to me and answered even more questions I had. I feel like I have a new car (internally at least). I didn’t want a new car; I love mine. Thank you very much Connor and team (to include the mechanic who gave me a “new” car (sort of). You guys rock!!
