I was t there, but my daughter brought her car in for service; she has an intralock device in it. She has lived with her mistake for a long time and continues to move forward with positivity and commitment to never making such a mistake again. She said that the service rep did not seem to understand what had yo happen with an intralock during service, and that she felt very uncomfortable with the reps answers to her concerns. It’s a very big deal to fail a test on an intralock even if it’s due to service. It’s humiliating to be dismissed when a customer is trying to do the right thing and have to deal with it with strangers at the service department. My daughter can’t be the only customer with an intralock. Please educate staff on these devices. Thank you. I have been a loyal customer since 1996. Julie Moyer
