While the individuals inside were in separate spaces, it was troubling that many had masks under their chins. Additionally, I happened to be walking around the building while I waited and saw the car being moved to the area just outside the car wash step and the person who got out of the car at that point was NOT wearing his mask and clearly had not worn it in our car. This is a problem. Lastly, when at the final step of picking the car up there were two Honda employees close to each other and the one who had just been in our car was again not wearing his mask; it was under his chin. As a result of this, I spent extra time wiping all surfaces down in the car and drove with all windows open. I do not understand why compliance would be so lax when it is so simple. It is a danger to so many people’s health.
