The service part was very good. However, due to the virus situation I understand the no contact part of it, but when you have to wait for an hour for your car to be serviced, it sure would be appreciated if there were a couple of benches out front where customers could wait. It was very uncomfortable having to just wander around for an hour. Just saying!

Thank you so much to Tim and the staff at Saratoga Honda. It has been a really tough time for me financially with the COVID situation and I got a flat tire. The staff at Saratoga went above and beyond and had me back out the door in a matter of no time.
The staff was extremely professional as always and was super well mannered with all the stress our nation is going through. They were on point with cleanliness and seemed as though they had professional training on how to handle service with the social distancing laws in place.
