Car was dropped off early on Thursday for a 3:30 appointment for inspection and quick check of fan noise. Never heard back. Called at 6:30 to check on status. Was told Tim was off for afternoon but other service advisor said car wasn’t done. Would need to leave it and would get done first thing the following morning. Didn’t hear anything back next morning so called at 1:00pm to check on status. Another service advisor said I was given wrong information on prior day. Car was fully checked on prior day but needed to order part which wouldn’t be available until Saturday. Didn’t hear anything back on Saturday, so called at 2:00pm To check on status. Was told it was done and just going through final check and paperwork.
The work was fine, but a lack of communication and incorrect communication by Honda caused me to be without my vehicle for most or all of Thursday, Friday and Saturday even though the vehicle was suitable for use and for work that took less than 2 hours
