An appointment was made for a Honda Recall. After 1.5 hrs I was informed that the parts for the recall (backup camera) were not in stock, despite having an appointment for this work. This forced me to need to transfer 2 car seats into a car and leave the car overnight. After leaving the car overnight, the parts were still not received. I will now need to make an additional trip to Saratoga Honda to accomplish this recall. This has been complete waste of my time.
