This is my second excellent experience with your service area and also Kyle. I have been completely happy both times. This time, you guys really went above and beyond. First, when you discovered that it wasn’t a serious problem (trapped stones behind a brake plate I think), you didn’t charge me. THEN after already having a great complimentary service to drive me home while I waited for my car, there was a delay in picking me up, so Kyle had my car delivered to my house. Amazing. I’ve had a rough week, and tonight was nuts with the kids, plus my husband couldn’t take me before you guys closed (Girl Scouts picking up cookies!) So this kindness saved us a load of stress. Thank you so much. You got me. I’ll totally be back.
