Kyle is a good advisor, and was very upfront and forth coming with information. It also helped that he was easy to talk and joke with.
I also had a pleasant experience speaking with the technician John, he’s a great guy and technician. He is a wealth of knowledge and when he explained things he took the time to make sure I understood and addressed my concerns.
