I had an 8am appt for front brake pad change. The serviceman came to me at approx 8:25 to let me know the tech suggested flushing the brake fluid. After 4.5+ hours, my vehicle was finally done. I had to ask some one to check on my vehicle,she came back to let me know it would be another 25 minute, I told her I had been there since 8am, she denied "I know".The service people should have come in to let me know that they were having difficulty. VERY frustrating experience.

Everything was exceptional until I went to pull out. I pulled out and was almost hit by an employee driving extremely fast towards the service area. I swerved and the other two employees yelled he was new as is that justified his unsafe fast driving. I was slacken up and just immediately left.
