I think I may have found the problem. When I came home I found a black walnut in my driveway and it looked like a file had made grooves in each side. Somehow I think a gray squirrel may have placed it in the wheel and it got lodged in the wheel

It was commented on at least 7 or 8 times that I should have my filters changed. I was upset about that after the gentleman made me feel so welcome I now felt like he was annoyed that I didn’t do what he said I should do! He doesn’t know that I just left a very expensive doctors appointment that I was shocked to find out is no longer covered by my insurance, two weeks before Christmas. Not fun, the last thing I’m worried about at that moment was filters.
So not it was not excellent.

I have just read the response to my post on Google reviews and I am dismayed by the amount of inaccuracies contained within. I was actually shocked to read that I had been offered the damaged windshield wiper because at no time was I ever offered any such thing. The second untruth is that Mr Smith offered to speak with me privately. Mr Smith NEVER offered to speak with me privately and the conversation he had with me happened exactly as I described it. And so my disappointment with Saratoga Honda continues to grow. But no worries because I will not ever be servicing my car there again and I will most likely be buying my next car from DePaula Chevrolet.
