I was surprised and pleased that the price was competitive wit other shops that I have gone to. As with other experiences with Saratoga Honda, the staff was professional , friendly and efficient.

Kyle was outstanding! However, some of the representatives around him were very unprofessional (laughing at the way people pull in, attitude and snarky responses toward other customers). I wasn’t treated this way, but witnessing it makes me uncomfortable thinking about what could be being said about me when I’m pulling in. I’ve been a grocery store manager for about 12 years and customer service and overall satisfaction are key to driving a successful business. Today my perspective was, just overall very unprofessional.
