As usual, your Service Team was great. My Xterra was done when promised and Jaime communicated with me throughout. Another advisor stepped in seamlessly to cash me out when I came to get the truck and Jaime was busy with another customer.
I have a serious problem with the policy of your Sales group to place unsolicited sales calls to service appointments. I've asked several times to have my phone number out on a do not call list, yet every single time I get a call.
It's simple, your service department and the quality of your product are why I would buy a car from you, not some used car salesperson that interrupts my day with an unwanted call.

Hello Cerritos Nissan,
This is for the attention of the service department and customer service. I have a complaint regarding my service from the morning of Saturday, May 22 and am requesting a refund.
My Nissan vehicle had a routine oil change service done this morning. My appointment was for 8:20am with Carlos Fuentes. After coming home, I found my car now has a very bad oil leak and is leaving oil pools in our garage and driveway. I have reference photos, though I don’t believe I can attach them to this inquiry form. If someone responds by e-mail, I would be happy to provide the photographic evidence as needed.
I called your customer service department multiple times upon discovering the issue, but was transferred around and ultimately hung up on. Ultimately, a representative informed me that the service center is closed today and that no Nissan service center representatives work on Sundays, so the earliest available appointment to correct this service error is Monday, 5/24. As a result of this inability to correct this service error on my vehicle in a timely manner, I will need to send my car to an alternative repair service center tomorrow (Sunday, 5/23) to avoid additional leakage and oil damage to our property, as well as to eliminate the incredibly pervasive oil smell that has now seeped into our entire home due to the severity of the leakage.
I have a receipt for the service this morning and am expecting a full refund due to this insufficient service quality and the inability to correct it in a timely fashion. I’ve had a history of receiving good service from your location, which is also where I purchased my vehicle, but unfortunately this instance did not live up to your standard.
Please let me know if you have any concerns. I am looking forward to your reply.
