Took 2hrs and 30min for my vehicle "to be ready" without wash. If I wanted I had to wait 30 minutes more. They kept insisting to wait and additional 1 more hour because my advisor was in a meeting and nobody wanted to help me. Worse service and so much time for only and oil change.

What I was told and what Nissan attempts to delivery are 2 different things. Car was brought in for brake service and AC issues. Had to diagnose issue with AC, was told didn’t have time to complete repair, spent $200 for that. Reschuled to 8/31. When making appointment, I made sure it would be done same day, I was assure that wouldn’t be an issue. I work the following day and I work out of town. When I showed 8/31.. 1st thing I was told is don’t have manpower or technicians to complete in one day. Inquired about a courtesy car, was told “No”. I would have to rent a car about $60 a day! Knowing I will be gone til September 4th.. I am not the happy camper and feel I was mislead and not told the truth. I asked for a refund from 1st appointment so I could go somewhere else and was told “No” we still have to pay our technicians. So, I guess to make up for this, you have a new way to charge your customers. Feeling like I was just outright lied to.

Good service. However, 2.5 hours to fix the hood latch is excessive in my opinion. My thoughts are that this work is unpaid so it is put at the bottom of the priority. I did have an appointment. And it has nothing to do with Mr Fuentes quality of service.
