I was given a shuttle home because I was told it would take 2-3 hours to complete the work. When I got the call that the service was complete, I asked for a shuttle back to pick up my vehicle and I was told the shuttle had stopped. Why was I not told this before I left the dealership to go home and wait for my vehicle? I was sent home by Uber, Uber is 24/7, how could the “shuttle” have stopped? I then had to scramble to get a ride back to pick up my car. Not happy at all!! Bad customer service!!

I got an update from Chris until Wednesday morning saying the parts received and I should be able to pick it up in the afternoon. There is no update after that. When I call service department, the service was very bad. I was holding a line for around 20 min each time I called. It was transferred to so many people and asked me on hold and they will check and come back to me. No one did it until my third call. All told Chris was not available for the day. Few took my call back numbers and not called. Only one man called me after my third call and update me, I can pick it on next day.
The free rental offer was not provided until I ask. I believe this can be addressed.
