Eric was great. He actually cares about his clients. He doesn't try to get any services that are not needed for your vehicle. He is honest and explains everything that is going to be done to the vehicle. This is the type of guy ghat brings trust to Nissan. Thanks again Eric.

Jonathan couldn’t have been better, he explained how things would work right when I dropped off my car including an approximate timeline for completion.
He explained in detail what was wrong and what they did to fix it and he did all of this with a great attitude that showed me that he not only cared about my car but making me feel comfortable about what was going on. He was really on his game. and I was very impressed.

It took over2 hrs to complete the service, i was offer a car wash but what i got was half of the car wash and the other half was worse than how i took it, overall the service was terrible, maybe more personal is needed to do the job efficiently

Hector was truly exceptional, his greeting and professionalism made up for the fact that when I pulled up to the service dock to check in, I did not see anyone, so I parked my vehicle and walked to to service docking station, to be ignored by the check in clerk who calls the service technician, after he finished assisting checking in a customer. I had to ask the customer for how to proceed with checking in.
Hector was very detailed oriented and given that it was my first time at Cerritos, I felt more assured that my vehicle was in good hands. At the end of the service, he provided me with information for how to proceed from the findings that we discussed. Thanks so much Hector!
