Advisor is not familiar with the TSB. More importantly, he makes a lot of assumptions as i had to personally call the Niisan owner services in TN and hand him the phone and tell him to talk to them. At the end there were “misunderstanding” that led him to refuse to perform TSB sw update. Not knowing is ok, but he believed he knew everything

I got a call saying my car was done & being washed around 11am. I went to pick my car up a little before 1pm but I had to wait over 40 mins to finally get my car back. I tried my best to stay patient but I think it’s unacceptable. When my car was finally brought to the front, I actually wasn’t informed. I walked back up to the desk to speak with Jonathan for the 2nd time to see where my car was and finally he had the paper work ready. Before I left he did tell me sorry for the wait but honestly he didn’t seem too concerned. He was a nice guy but I shouldn’t have to wait 40 mins for my car after I got a message saying its ready for me to pick up. That’s just not okay. I’ve had an experience at Nissan similar to this one about a year ago but I don’t normally have this problem. Communication is key. If I’m sitting in the waiting area & I inquire when my car will be ready, don’t just tell me you’re still waiting for them to bring up my car. I would like to know WHY it’s taking them so long or even just coming to me first to let me know it’s gonna be longer than expected.

The people are nice. But I make an appointment and it’s two hours later before someone looks at my car. The more I take my car in for simple services the more costs I incur. A simple oil change cost me $53.00. There are a lot of other places who will complete simple services for less.
